MDM Mortgage Fund (“MDM”) is a boutique lending firm that provides creative financing solutions for experienced real estate practitioners. We focus on placing debt capital into quality real estate assets located in markets with strong submarket fundamentals. MDM is a “story lender” that can produce customized loan structures for every borrower’s needs, however unique they may be.

Our team has a diversified background in real estate investment, development and management, and we capitalize on our extensive backgrounds during the underwriting process. We take a disciplined approach in assessing collateral, screening our borrowers, and mitigating risk. This allows MDM to effectively pursue and close on value-add and opportunistic lending transactions. All loans are underwritten and structured as portfolio loans that will be held until maturity.
